The House Rules
Last update: 1st July 2019
  1. The hotel day starts at 3:30 pm on the day of arrival and finishes at 10:30 am on the last day of stay. The set of keys is given only after the payment for the whole stay, along with the 200 PLN deposit per every chalet rented (in case of any damages are done) and climatic zone charge (2.30 PLN per person per day).

  2. The houses can fit maximum six people. More than six people cannot be checked-in in one house, no matter whether adults or children. If such a case occurs, Guests will be accommodated in two houses (based on availability) and additional fee for renting another house will be charged accordingly.

  3. Because there is no 24/7 reception desk available, we ask our Guests to inform us of the time of their arrival. Otherwise, checking in after 10 pm or checking out before 8 am may not be possible.

  4. On the day of arrival, during the check-in, the Guests have to pay a deposit equal to 200 PLN. The deposit is a guarantee in case any damages are done. The deposit is returned upon check-out only after checking the house and if no damages were done both in the houses and Lesniowka’s whole property. In other case, the compensation for the damage is due to be paid by the Guest who had done them.

  5. Lesniowka is a strictly non-smoking area. Smoking is only allowed in special smoking areas which are shown by the Host. In case the Guest violates the non-smoking rule, they will be obliged to pay 200 PLN fine as well as cover the costs of calling the fire brigade.

  6. Using own electrical or gas cookers, heaters, candles etc. is prohibited. Candles are only allowed in lanterns which are available in the houses and the garden.

  7. Using open fire is prohibited (lanterns, candles, lighters, bonfires, grills etc.).  The only area where it is allowed is the barbecue area. There is no possibility to start either a bonfire or a grill in any other places. In case the Guests brought their own grill, the Host must be informed and must allow such a situation, and also the Host will show suitable places to place the grill.

  8. The cark park is free of charge for our Guests.

  9. The grill is available free of charge. However, because the barbecue area is popular among the Guests and frequently used, the rules of using it are as follows: on the even days (e.g. 2nd, 4th, 6th day of the month) the guests of the left house can use the grill and on uneven days (e.g. 1st, 3rd, 5th day of the month) the guests of the right house can use the grill. Any changes to those rules are discussed among the guests themselves.

  10. The playground is free of charge.

  11. The rent of the children’s sleigh and bicycles is free of charge.

  12. Because of the wooden floors in the chalets we ask our Guests not to wear outdoor shoes inside, but the slippers. If the Guests do not have slippers, the Host may provide them. We also ask ladies not to wear high-heels in the chalets, for the same reason.

  13. We do not accept pets.

  14. The children and underage teenagers must be under the custody of their parents or their guardian. If any damages are done by the children, the parents or the guardians are obliged to pay for the damages.

  15. The quiet hours last from 10 pm to 8 am.

  16. Organising a party (especially bachelor and bachelorette parties) in the houses is strictly prohibited. In case the Guests want to organise such an event, we will gladly help finding and/or recommending the proper place to party.

  17. The visits from people not accommodated in the houses can occur only after the Host has been informed of such a visit. The visits are allowed between 10 am and 10 pm.

  18. Checking in means that all the Guests accepts the House Rules and will comply with them throughout their stay. The Guests are given a copy of the House Rules during the check-in.

  19. The agreement between the Host and the Guests does not include board, organisation of free time and transportation.

  20. The Host is not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring in independent providers, such as Internet, electricity, water provider etc.

  21. In case of heavy or constant breach of the House Rules, the Guest may be immediately checked-out and removed from Lesniowka’s property. The payment for the stay is not returned in such a situation.

  22. We are not liable for loss or damage to the Guests’ property.

  23. In any case not included in the House Rules, please contact the Host for additional information and agreement (if necessary).

  24. This agreement comes in terms with law of The Republic of Poland. Any disputes between the Guests and the Host are to be solved peacefully; if not, then they are to be solved in accordance with the Polish law and in the Polish courts.

  25. We claim the right to change the House Rules if necessary.
