1. Bookings should be made by phone at +48 690 008 960 (we speak English) or by sending an e-mail to our address: domki@lesniowka.com.pl. In order to make a booking, the ready form, located in the "Contact" tab on our website, can also be used.

2. After making a booking, the Guest is obliged make a pre-payment of 30% of the total amount for the stay within a maximum of 7 days*. Failure to make a pre-payment is tantamount to resignation from the booking.

3. Sending a pre-payment confirmation to our e-mail address: domki@lesniowka.com.pl significantly speeds up the process of booking confirmation, especially if the pre-payment was made via international bank transfer (which can take even a week to arrive in our bank).

4. The remaining payment for the stay, after taking into account the pre-payment, is made in cash on the day of arrival, upon check-in. Guests are also required to pay the climatic zone charge in Karpacz, equal PLN 2.30 per person per night and a damage deposit for each rented house in the amount of PLN 200 per 1 house.

5. Payments for the climatic zone charge and damage deposit are made in cash on the spot, upon check-in.

6. The deposit is fully refunded at the time of check-out, after checking the house and provided no damage is done in both the houses and the whole property of Leśniówka. In the event of damage caused by the Guest, the damage is covered in full by the Guest from the amount of the damage deposit paid, and if the value of the damage exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, the Guest is obliged to pay the missing amount for the damage caused.

7. In the event of resignation from the booking, the pre-payment is refundable in the case of cancellation for a minimum of 30 days before the planned arrival. The advance will be refunded within 14 days from the date of notification of cancellation. If you have slightly exceeded the deadline for a free cancellation - please contact us, maybe we will be able to work out a mutually satisfactory solution together.

8. By making a booking, the Lessor agrees to the processing of personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling the booking and fulfilling the obligation to check-in in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data. The booking holder has the right to inspect their personal data and update them.

 

* If less than 6 weeks remain from the date of making the booking up to the day of arrival, the deadline for the pre-payment will be shortened. The new, maximum term of pre-payment will be determined in correspondence with the person booking the stay, however, it cannot be longer than 4 business days.
