* Offer for 2 includes stay of maximum 2 people in the house, at given dates. The offer is eligible for bookings made directly at us, that is: via phone, e-mail or private message on our Facebook page. Booking the stay via outside websites enabling booking services (such as booking.com) is not eligible for the offer. The dates which have been marked with "X" in the price list, are also not eligible for the offer.

The hotel day at Lesniowka starts on the day of the arrival at 3:30 pm and finishes on the last day of the stay at 10:30 am.

• The houses can fit maximum 6 people, no matter if they are adults or children.

• Only one small pet is allowed (a pet charge applies).

• Children and youth stay only under the care of adults.

• There are no parties (especially bachelor and bachelorette parties) allowed in the houses.

• The "Required" column indicates the minimum number of nights for which you can make a reservation within a given time period.

• On the day of the arrival, during the check-in, a damage deposit of 200 PLN (for every house rented) has to be paid by the guest. The deposit is returned on the last day of the stay, during check-out, after the house or houses rented as well as their premises have been checked for any damages done. In case damage was done, the guests are required to cover the amount of damage.

• 3.30 PLN per person per night resort tax is applied in Karpacz.
